Our History
Non-Ferrous Heat Treat was acquired by Buckeye Aluminum Foundry in December of 2018. Since purchasing the company, countless improvements have been made. These improvements range from building repairs, to updated heat treating equipment, to new company quality requirements, etc.
Capabilities
Non-Ferrous specializes in heat treating all things aluminum. We also have the capability and capacity to preform some heat treating services for other metals such as: zinc, brass, copper, stainless steel, tin, lead, etc.
Being a smaller family owned and operated company, you can count on us to provide quality heat treating with a quick turn around.
Equipment
2 Gas Combustion Heat Treat Furnaces. Each with a work area of about 36" x 42" x 68" H.
1 Gas Combustion Heat Treat Furnace. Total work area of about 45" x 48" x 60" H.
1 Gas Combustion Age Oven rated for a max of 800 Deg. F and 5000 lbs. at a time. Total work area of 88" x 138" x 78" H.
1 Gas Combustion Age Oven rated for a max of 650 Deg. F with no weight restriction. Total work area of about 90" x 138" x 78" H.
2 All Electric Drop Bottom Furnaces rated for a max of 1200 Deg. F and 1300 lbs. at a time. Each with a work area of 72" x 72" x 44" H.
